My friend has a 41 sedan delivery and feels it is fairly rare. Does anyone have production numbers for a 41 Special Deluxe sedan Dlivery?
Thanks

I've never seen one but it looks nice in the photo( I know it's not correct)but you get the general idea.

Those are panel trucks and are a totally different animal from a sedan delivery

There were 9918 Deliveries produced in 1941. All were on Master Deluxe Chassis style number 1271. Total passenger car production was 1,021,371, That's less than 1% makes it pretty rare.

I can't seem to find a photo of a 41 chevrolet sedan delivery. I've never seen one. I thought the panel and delivery were the same. Less than 1% would be really rare 64 years later.

A sedan delivery is a on a car chassis with one back door. A panel truck is on a truck chassis & has 2 back doors...Joe

For a picture go to google & at the top is "images". Click there & type in 1941 Chevrolet sedan delivery. There are several pictures there

Steve, thanks for the image tip on Google I've never done that. I see the fake special Deluxe is there also. It's one 42bill reopened on 4/11 in 37-42 and the link wouldn't work.
FYI the green one you posted belongs to a long time member in the SF bay area. It's also has special Deluxe trim and dash but he admits it's a Master. It also has a Saginaw 4 speed using Patrick's adapter to the torque tube.
BTY 41's are now 71 years old.

That's nice. Do you wish you had it back or did you trade up?
