The "manual" you speak of is a reprint of the original GM manual. The manual goes from 49 to 53 with a supplement for 54.

They are available from several vendors ... such as Chevs of the 40's, The Filling Station, etc. Best money you'll ever spend.

Here is the online version, provided by a gent named Keith Hardy.

The 1951 supplements are available as sets from the same vendors Bob mentioned for the manual. They're both absolute "must haves" if you plan to do any work yourself or maintain your beauty.

Thank You very much. This manual is just what I was looking for. I will buy a hard copy for the garage and keep the on line in my computer. Phil

My shop manual is stored in the trunk of the car, it is there always when on the road. If I need it in the shop I get and replace it when done. I am thinking it is time for a new one as mine has accumulated an awful lot of "Patina" over the years. talk

Glyn .... Like the manuals, we, also, have accumulated a lot of "patina" over the years. dance
