You don't hava a VIN. What you have is a serial number. What would you like to know?...Joe

3 indicates St Louis
FB is 1936 112" chassis truck
10 is mont of production
& the rest is serial number

FB says it's a 1936 Chevy 1/2 ton truck. Could be pickup, panel, suburban, or canopy express. The 3 tells where it was built, but I don't have that info handy. The rest is the sequence number for trucks (maybe 1/2 ton only) in that plant for the '36 model year.
Someone will chime in with the exact info you need.

As per www.znet.com, The FB series were priced at $565, weighed 2,895 lbs, and had a total production of 15,647 vehicles made.
