Hello everyone----first of all let me thank all of you for all your help on my project---your imput is so very valueable! My newest problem concerns my horn----I removed the horn & bracket to get the valve cover off---after loosening the stuck valve,I replaced the valve cover and horn and bracket!! Now,the horn only "burps" or "hiccups" when you push horn button.I checked power to horn connections---5.75 volts,connections are tight,powers up when you push button---everything seems ok----then nothing but a belching sound that lasts for about a tenth of a second--any thoughts on this will be wonderful,thanks,Jay

Thank you Dan----I do believe that slotted screw in the back is loose,so,my best guess is that I messed up the adjustment---I am on it this morning

The original 1931 horn was mounted under the drivers side headlight. The wire when through one of the two holes in that side of the radiator shell. Adjustment can be a bit tricky but not difficult if you take it slowly.
