Freedom of speech went missing from this site yesterday, have you seen it by any chance.

Despite a healthy series of postings that were relevant to Chev 4's one person decieded that it was not appropriate comment.

Freedom of speech was last seen being removed from the premises by Bill Barker, possibly never to be seen again.

Such a shame for what should be a great site, still I suppose thats what happens when all the power is in the hands of a few.

Chev 4's were designed, manufactured, marketed and driven for years in a country that was founded on freedom of speech for the individual.

And Mr Barker, before you have the chance to say it

I'm surprised this vitriolic stuff is still active. The whole line of attack is wearing thin on me and I expect many others. If you persist in pursuing whatever it is your objective is, then how about at least the courtesy of moving it down to the Members general discussion area of the forum so those of us who are primarily interested in chatting about fixing and owning old cars don't have to read through it!

NOTICE: veryrusty52 has been banned from the Chat forum. It is obvious that he doesn't have any real interest in discussing Chevrolets.

Goodbye.

Good move, he tried repeatedly to provoke a senseless argument that most of us have experienced previously at the local club level and know from experience there are no winners, just losers.
We are all in the collector car hobby together.

Gidday Fellas,

After talking to Bill Baker today he has my support and did have all along up to a certain point, we discussed that point of concern which Bill informed me he raised at the National meeting last week and that he now has under control..
I had only one [bleeped] point to make clear all along with the moderators on the site and Bill understands where I was coming from, he was sorry at what had happened and how it happend which is now sorted and put to bed and for that I thank him..

I posted this down on the general discussions thread also.

Cheers Grant.
