I am doing some repairs to the cooling system on my 70 Monte Carlo. Radiator, water pump, hoses etc. Does any one know where I can purchase the correct GM marked 5/8" hose seperately. I can find the set at numerous locations. I just need a piece to go from the heater control valve to the intake.

Most of the restoration companies carry it; I just checked and they have just the hoses, 3/4" and 5/8", GM marked, for $38.

Check at Original Parts Group (OPG), part #976977, pg. 337, in their Chevelle/El Camino/ Malibu catalog, 1964-77.

Problem is they sell them as a set. I just need the 5/8 hose (because I made a mistake routing the hose and cut it short) I was looking to purchase it seperate. I asked OPG no dice on selling just one. :-(
