In the upper right corner of the Forum, click on FAQ & HELP, scroll down to posting pictures.

GO down to the VCCA Members photos forum , and click to open the forum.
Click On NEW IMAGE, this will open up a new posting including the "Image manager" which you then click on, and this function then lets you upload pictures directly from your Pictures stored on your computer.
