I there a direct bolt in swap for a 50 sedan. Would like to have open driveshaft, I have a 54 motor in it.

Is there a reason for the open drive shaft? The direct bolt-in is a torque tube rear end from '54 or earlier. At least three ratios are commonly available.

I second what Chipper has to say. It should be easy enough for find one of the torque tube rear ends and installing it is easy.
