The original radiator is shot according to the repair shop, too many holes. Here is the delima, The shop guy says its a honeycomb type which is over 300 bucks just for the core then cost for using my tanks. Is there any one out there selling a good replacement ? The truck has a 6cyl. with manual transmission. LMC truck has an oem style. Does any one have experience with this product? The Truck is a driver not totally period correct, numbers matching ,but does get shown at local shows, so an aluminum replacement is out.

Thanks.

Your 57 does't have a honeycomb radiator the price he quoted has to be for the correct core because a honeycomb would be over a 1000 dollars.

Most of the truck vendors carry new replacement radiators...have you contacted the Filling Station or Jim Carter? You can also find them on eBay.

This may be too late to bring up but I have a brass and copper "desert cooler" radiator I am no longer using. It has less than 16 miles on it. I had it on my '55 2nd series when I lived in Las Vegas. If you're interested send me a PM and we'll discuss it.

Thanks, for the offer Ron, but the new radiator arrived today.
I was able to locate one via LMC Truck.
