Hey, Just several questions,
What kind of cup grease is everyone using? There are so many different kinds grease out there.

Do you use the same kind in all of the cups including the water pump?

And do you use grease instead of heavy oil in the allimite grease fittings??

Several drops of light oil in the generator? Do you use engine oil? Thanks in advance, John

I use regular gun grease in all the chassis fittings like springs and king pins etc.Water pump grease in the water pump as some will find its way into the system so it has to be dissolvable so it won't coat the radiator. Starter and genny get light oil like 10 wt or just use 3n1 type stuff. Trans and rear end use 600 wt or steam cylinder oil. Engine use 20 wt or 10-30 and also use that for the rocker arms and valve train. The valve spring pockets should be about half full of oil, if they are already half full, no more needs to be added if you oil your valve stems regularly.
