Hi nthestiks,

Welcome to the Chevy Chat II. We are glad you have dropped by. Pull up a chair and let's talk firetrucks.

We have a thread lower down in the Forum devoted to firetrucks. I suggest you scroll down and pose your question in that thread. We also have a "Cars Wanted" thread further down and you may consider listing in that thread also.

Good luck on your search.

The mid-late 20s Chev fire trucks are a bit tough to find. The early to mid 30s are more plentiful. There are a bunch in the VCCA that have been restored. 20 years ago there were a lot shown particularly at the Middle West Meets. Most don't get out as often any more. We have two a '20 Model T (yes, Chevrolet) and a '31 with Laverne equipment.

Good advise on posting your "want" on a couple of other forums. They come up for sale every once in a while.

Go to the main page on Chevy Chatter II and then scroll down to the classified ads section and you will find the "for sale" and "wanted" forums there.
