How does the dome light cover/lense remove on the roof of my 1936 Master 4 door? Does it pop off or do I need to twist the outer ring? I am afraid that the plastic lense is very brittle and I do not want to bend and twist any more than I need to.

Thanks

Remove the lens and rim together. Its held on by friction and will pry off.Use a stiff putty knife if you have one and protect the head lining.

Chevgene,
Is this also the same method for a 35 Std? I've had the same concerns as FredW but hesitate to remove it as it works fine. Would like to clean it though. Thanks......Bill
