Hi Guys, I would love an old Chevy like this. A frozen moment in time. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/?cmd=ViewItem&item=150751148646#v4-43Regards Ray
Some say "Street is neat". I prefer "1928 is great" I have documented my 45 years with a 1928 Chev Tourer, from 1973 to 2018, and regulary add other items that I hope are of interest to others. Your comments are most welcome. The story of the Red Chev can be viewed at http://my28chev.blogspot.com/

I think that is a 1925.

Wow, that is outrageously cool! I agree, that would be neat to have! And there is enough work to do to get it back "right" to consume a few spare weekends...
Antique Mechanic, I agree that it is late '25 or '26. I am wondering if there is anything that says "1925" to you, versus '26. I can't see anything to distinguish.

We had these in the UK. I have a published photo of a 1930 1-tonner with six-wheeler conversion...an original mobile home!

I think the location of the spark and throttle points to 1925, the 26 I think would be up on top. 26 would have normally had a different tiebar. If it is on a truck chassis, which I am sure it is, then everything is basically a year behind.

Not far from where I live is a mate's private museum with over 30 restored pre 1932 Chevs, (as well as many other cars, mostly veterans) including a simialar condition 1929 version. Chris
