I have judged many times. I have not come across this in the cars I judged but I have seen it in other classes and wanted to see what people thought. "as delivered" criteria is the basis of judging. I have seen cars with dealer promotion stuff on the car. Promotional signs stickers etc. I think the dealer stuff is neat and enjoy looking at it and collecting it. My question is, is there any deduction if some of the promotional stuff removes from the originalliy or covers something on the car.

If the car has dealer installed promotional sticker, plate or license plate topper there would not be a deduction. Other stuff might be subject to a deduction. Exception is stuff like Yenko that were either factory authorized or supported (even if not officially).
