If you are only missing one tooth, that can be welded up and ground to shape. If it is one tooth, and then many bad ones on either side, check and see if your flywheel has a removable ring gear, it can be replaced. The ring gears are available. If it doesn't have a removable ring gear it can be repaired in a lathe for a new ring gear.
