Can anyone out there tell me exactly how high the rear fenders mount on a 1936 Chevy pickup.I installed a new Repro bed and it has no holes for the fenders and I need to know where the rear tips mount before I drill holes for the bolts. Does the rear fender tip mount above the spring shackle or below? If anyone could help me with this information or e-mail me a picture I would greatly appreciate the help. Thanks.......Richard

oldred36 if you send me your street address I'll send you a template of the hole sizes and location from my 1935 pickup box (same as 1936). Jim VCCA #1046

34 & 35 trucks are the greatest. 36 high cabs are OK too.

Made your template and will put in the mail today. The rear edge of the fender comes out approximately 3/4" below the rear spring hanger center bolt.
