You might look again and see if the casting number is actually 348532 instead of 348582. At any rate, 348532 is a 1928 four cylinder engine. It is posted under Big Spike, low compression & date? I have added some earlier pictures of the truck and my 1920 head, with a 1922 Block. These guys in the club really know their stuff. I have added another comment yesterday to Oracle, who really helped nail down some dates.
