What material is the front fender wheel well pad p/n 367936 (#356213 1929-31, #363676 1932-33) for the B, C, DB, EB, FB & R vehilce made of?????? The pad was 4 & 7/8" x 1 & 1/2" x 1/4".

34 & 35 trucks are the greatest. 36 high cabs are OK too.
