Yesterday while returning home from a road trip, one of out local club members and his companion were rear ended on Interstate 90. His companion was killed, he is in the hospital and we are still attempting to obtain full information. He was not a Chevy guy through and throuhg butowned several. We assume he was driving his recently restored Doctors coupe Model "T" when hit. This couple has traveled from Montana to the Atalantic ocean and to annual Olds owners club meetins in their 28 Olds sedan. The never trailered always drove. We are going to miss them.

I sure don't like to hear reports like that. I certainly hope the injured party enjoys a speedy recovery. Our thoughts and prayers are with him.

(Note: I tried to get that smiley face icon off but can't seem to do it. This is certainly no smiling situation.)

Always sad to hear. It doesn't happen often, but sometimes the risks of doing the hobby that we do catch up to us. Here's hoping the survivor pulls through...

The news reports I've read indicate '29 Model A Ford but they aren't always correct I know.

As usual the report was wrong and in fact my ID of the car was also wrong, it was his T sedan not his Drs coupe. We also hear but not confirmed that they had been in Yellowstone Park and were on the way home.
