Lovely car cant get better as this.
First I should make sure all mechanical aspects were taken care of.
Second I should find a clever way to repair the seat upholstery without replacing it also softly beat out the dents from the fenders without priming or painting.
Finally and more important do not start changing things that you might regret later.
Most people have a nice restored car but there are few 70 year old cars that are in a so good shape.
Drive with her for a couple of years and by that time I am sure you will know what you really want to do with her.
