The value depends on the condition. That includes mechanical, paint, upholstery, top, body wood, sheet metal. It is probably worth either accepting offers (expect that most will be far below actual value), have a knowledgeable appraiser give a value or post a passel of photos on one of the free sites and then let people know where they are. A 1932 Cabriolet is a very collectable car and desired by many old Chevy guys.
If you care about what happens to the car then you must be careful who you sell it to. A true restorer will not take a good solid car and make a street rod out of it. Many will tell you what they think you want to hear just to be able to get another project. In general VCCA members are dedicated to restorations not rods.
