Well I was going through the garage the other day, and the long lost 1921 chevy top was found! I thought my grandpa threw it away years ago! It is in pretty good shape considering it's age. I have no idea how to mount it or how the convertible top folds, I need some help and advice!

That is great news! how it mounts is just two mushrommed shaped nuts that hold the two main sockets to the iron brackets on the rear of the body. The thing should attach with either Murphy style fasteners or lift the dot type along the rear of the body. the front slips over the two studs at the top of the windshield and tighten with 2 large wing type nuts. hard to decribe how to put it up or down, just get help and go slow so nothing binds. The top material shouldn't get pinched between the sockets or the bows when you lower it and put it in the hold down bracket or Socket clamps.

I will snap some pics of it! I still cannot believe I found it while cleaning the garage! Can someone send me pics of it on the car and with the top up?
