Hello Michel,

Sounds as if you found a real gem.If car is that original and runs well I would estimate its value to be between $10,000 and $14,000...Age can takes its toll as well as miles, thus the spread in value. There may be some areas that will need refreshing - such as brakes and cooling system. Can you post a picture???Sounds intresting dance

Socquet, can you please advise the serial/chassis number? I wonder if this was a GM Continental, Anvers-assembled car or just perhaps a very, very rare GM France car...

Hello Michel,
I think You live in France and I live in Germany close to Frankfurt.
I have a 1936 Standard TOWN Sedan and this is the unique car here . I know another Sedan with
4 doors and RHD from South Africa but no more.

I wonder if your car was fabricated in Belgium,
GM Antwerpen and is really a 1936 model or 1937?

I ask because you told of the first owner in 1937.

Meanwhile I know a lot of the 36 model, thanks to the VCCA and its wonderful moderators.
