Curious how you guys work on your cars.A farmer with a better barn than his house is the man who is over his household. If the house is better than the barn, the lady of the house is in charge. Maybe it's like that with garages !!...grin
Our garage is more messy than that...yet on an organised level (to me).
Use to be a small (SMALL) service garage for the old local milk trucks but...the only thing that remains of that era that is still in operation, a 2 ton chain fall and old anchor points in the floor were machinery use to be. NOW, that is taken over by OUR machines and tools...along with a '32 chevy.
On the outside and inside, if you didnt know what was there, you'd think it was just an ordinary residential garage.

In my shop, quality is a standard, NOT and option.
I don't know but, I see an old mooneyes gas pedal on that shelf that's worth a pretty penny. Honest Charlie use to sell them in the early 60s. I would have loved to had one ,but they were high even then.
I do not think the owner of the first car does anything in his garage by himself, more chance, his car stylist and the cleaning lady are the only persons working in that *garage*. What about the pencil sharpener on the second picture?
The top photo is a photo of the fastest car in the world. Over a million dollars. 254mph top end. I doubt he works on anything. A tune up is $30k. The tires last 50 minutes at top speed. It lowers the body at high speed . You can throw your channel locks and spare wire away. Computers control everything. 10 radiators ,4 turbos,16 cyls.
