As long as the casting and internal parts are good all most wiper motors need is cleaning, maybe a little polishing, painting, lubrication and reassembly. There are some parts available and also techniques to refurbish mildly corroded or warped castings.

Here are a couple other links. One is for a F**d wiper but has a rebuild kit that I used.
The other is a pdf instructions with some rebuild tips and a drawing.
I still have not got mine to work . It will park good but not cycle good yet.

I have never had good luck even with very clean wiper motors, I feel that the vaccuum pressure is just too low to run them...

How much vacuum do you use in trying to get the motors to work? It takes ~12" or more for most motors to work. What lubricant are you using? Do you use new seals on the paddle or just reinstall the original?

I have both new seals but on this one I made some from a cardboard box. Slightly thicker than the seals I bought.
I have over the 12 vacuum. I am proud to announce that I have one of mine working now and installed. I had to keep cleaning the inside to smooth out all the bumps. I used a new paddle and it is pretty hard to get that in correctly. Especially the short end. I get the cover on with one side of the paddle bent the right way which of course bends the other side the wrong way. Then I use a "L" shape smaal tool and help bend that side of the paddle into position. You can't really see it just kinda by fell and is hard to do with only 2 hands.
I thgink the biggest help I got was a reccomendation to use whell bearing grease. I had some "blue" which I used and I guess it was the trick. Now onto the next one.
I am curious about the 'PARK" position ? Is it supposed to be towards the passenger side as mine does?
