The 1919 repair manual has been reprinted. I have a repair manual dated January, '22 that does not show the three port head. Never seen one that does.
I have a '19 RM (reprint) that I would sell for much less than the ebay one.

I have a 23 Oldsmobile truck which uses the same engine as an FB. The front pulley on my truck is just held on by a bolt that goes through the pulley and also through the crank to hold it on. It slips off the front. Now not 100% sure if that is totally stock like that.

To remove the crank pulley ,the repair manual shows to use a puller wth a centre bolt winding against the centre of the crankshaft. The puller is shown on page 168 of the manual.
Basically it is a flat steel bar , bent 90 degrees on both ends, to give a dimension of 4 1/4" inside. Then bent again at 90 degrees to make a U shape on each end. the last bent piece is tapered to suit the shape of the fan pulley. 1 1/4" inside dimension. The centre of the puller is threaded for a bolt , which is shown as 9 1/4" long , with the the threaded end ground to a point. If the radiator is removed you could probably use a shorter bolt, the 9 1/4" bolt will allow the pulley to be removed with the radiator installed( shown in removal procedure picture).

The pulley is normally a pressed on fit without any need for a retaining bolt. There is no mention of removing a bolt in the pulley removal procedure in the repair manual.

The bolt in mine is just behind the ears for the crank handle and goes all the way through with a nut on the other side.
