Hi-

I was reading through the postings on hubcaps. I saw that the 1935 artillary wheel and the spoke wheel have different hubcaps. I have seen these hubcaps aftermarket but so far assumed they are for artillary wheels. Is there aftermarket hubcaps for the wire wheels somewhere or and old set with a little shine left that someone would sell. I have pictures of the one hubcap I have.
on my webshots link.

Is there any other hubcap out there that will work for these wheels. I don't have to have originals, just something that looks good.

Thanks,
Brent

At the present time both are being reproduced. There is no other hub cap that will fit the wire wheel (except '34 Master).A set of used would be the only inexpensive way to go.

The hubcaps you need for the wire wheels and fit only '35s and '36s. The wire wheel caps have spring tabs built into the cap, the artillery wheel caps have clips built into the rims.
Hang on to your beat up wire wheel caps! They are scarce as hens teeth! Check with Dick Moffit in Ohio (he advertises in G&D); I believe he is making repro skins you can put on your banged up bodies.
See you down the road.
