For the 1929 cowl lamps (P/N 910519 and 910520), how were the buckets originally attached to the arms? The car I'm restoring has them attached with modern phillips-head screws, and I want to put them back right. Were they riveted or screwed on? What type of screws? Round head, Oval head, or ???? Thanks!

All the Best,

Chip

G'day Chip

I have a set and the arms are riveted with small round headed rivets , they look to be stainless

Thanks Peter.... that makes sense to me. Probably plated brass rivets, but stainless "fake" rivets should do the job nicely and they're readily available.

Thanks! I've bought stuff from them several times before.

Appreciate the confirmation.
