hello everybody, i just checked through all the old post and could not find what i am looking for but maybe you can help. I bought a 34 chevy 3 window coupe and i cannot get an answer if it is a standard or a master. The firewall tag is still on it and it reads (style-34-607,body no-0 1080,trim no-42,paint no-163)i need to find out what it is so i can start getting the right parts so someday this baby will be cruising again. Thanks for any help

Fisher Body 34-607 was the 1934 Model Standard Series DC 2-Door Standard Coupe. I beleieve that the "O" prefix indicates Oakland, CA, Fisher Body Plant, and thus the car was likely to have been assembled there as well, namely Oakland, CA assembly plant so the VIN would be 6DC etc.
Please excuse my previous brainstorm.."DC" was a 1934 Model, not "CC".

your car is a 1934 std 3 window coupe that was built in oakland california. it was the 1080th of that body style built there. the car was painted admiral blue top & bottom with black fender & medium cream or black wheels. i'm unable to do the trim numbers. your serial number will start as 6DC not 6CC. 6CC would've been a 33 std
