Is there any way to repair a dripping radiator aside from replacing? Can the radiator be dipped? I had a '74 Duster years ago with a hole in the radiator. The dealer removed it and had it sent out to be dipped and never had a problem afterwards.

There are solutions containing metal particles, which attract the particles to the leak. I had it done by a Radiator shop 5 years ago, no leak so far.
You can get versions to do your self which also will work if the leak is not big.
Additives such as Bars Leak are very good, they work well, but have a limited life.
Good luck.

Some say "Street is neat". I prefer "1928 is great" I have documented my 45 years with a 1928 Chev Tourer, from 1973 to 2018, and regulary add other items that I hope are of interest to others. Your comments are most welcome. The story of the Red Chev can be viewed at http://my28chev.blogspot.com/
