On the doors, I would use the door weatherstrip as the breakpoint in the colors. So basically, the door skin wrap is body color and the sides of the door frame is interior color. The interface line is underneath the door weatherstrip and gets covered when you install the new weatherstrip.
On the rocker panels, they should be interior color all the way down to the running board weatherstrip. Use the same interface line you are using in the door jamb area and follow that all the way to the bottom of the cab.

Mine is just like the pictures that Joe posted. The division line is where the two pieces of sheet metal meet.

Thanks for the photos. This is good info and very helpful.
I have a question concerning interior paint colors for the Art deco series of trucks. Does anyone have any sort of paint chips, color charts or photos showing the interior colors on the 1942 pickup trucks?
I have been trying to find something to help me identify interior colors for my 42 3/4 ton pickup so I can paint it something close to the original interior colors. When I bought the truck exterior paint was black, with a medium tan interior on the painted panels (door panels, rear window surround, dash, window trim, floor, etc.). However, the hidden areas show that the original exterior was Boatswain Blue.
Were the Art Deco trucks two different colors on the interior? If so, what was the other color used on the interior panels?
Thanks in advance for any advice or comments.
Tom
