Thanks for all your help guys and gals.

Today I just shut down the media blaster and 10 x 10 catch tent for good. I can't blast another blasted thing!

Wow, quite an improvement. Looks great. The before pictures look like my '49 does right now. Did you order a headliner for it yet? I have a few leads but always looking for more.

I have not ordered a headliner. I was going to make the interior original from Hampton but because of the lack of money (Realtor) I will most likely go with a kit from the Chev club. Just can't justify everything being 100% anymore.

I did the same thing with my '31. Took it to a local upolstry guy and got by with $2,600 which included material and labor. I did give him a tip because I was happy with it. We matched it up close but not original but this is a driver. Going to have him come over and give me a bid on the '49. Maybe he can do the headliner cheaper than buying it.
