hello,
i'm trying to figure out what the numbers are or mean on my 36 pickup this is off the plate on the firewall 3RA10 1033 while i'm at it here what about this engine number T55280I6
i would appreciate any information :)

Got any of the casting # off of the head and block. These would also help. The info you have is 36 1 1/2 ton utility chassis, 131 in wheel base, assembled in St. Louis Mo. The motor is a truck motor need the casting # to get more specific. Should be 836010 on the block and 837981 on the head these were with 30 degree angle valves, the head has 8 long bolts and 7 short bolts.

i found the block number but i don't remember where the number is on the head. here is the block # as followed I 19 5
836010

i'm asuming that's an i before the # 19 if you can tell me where the # on the head is i'll go write it down :)

The engine was Assembled I = Nov, 19 = 19 Day, 5 = 1935. The casting # should be on the left side of the head (drivers side) top lip just outside of the valve cover, and just above the head bolts.
there may be a CONV # also. laugh
