Fellows, I need a fairly quick reply on this one.
Will 1933 Master bumpers fit a 1935 Standard? More
specifically: Do the holes on the '33 bumpers
match up to the '35 Std brackets? If not, what will it take to modify them and look right? THANX!

More than likley, not.
I know the 33 Master chassis is not as wide as the 34 Standard chassis. There's not a great deal in the width distance, maybe about 1" inch, but how would this look, by not going right out to either sides of the fenders, I'm unsure. Would it pass registration??

Might be better to source out a 34 Master bumper as the 34 Master chassis is from what I was told, the same used on the 35 Standard.

Continuing on with your questions: My guess is you'd have to cut and reweld the brackets to make them suit.
I think this would be harder than what it sounds as the bumpers are 'bannana shaped', so you'd have to work out how the brackets are to be bent, so the bumper is equal distance from both fenders.

Hi, 33 Master bumpers are longer by 1 7/16 in front and 1 5/8 in for rear over a 35 Standard. The 34 and 35 Standard bumpers are the same. I believe the Master front bumper uses a center hole but the Standard uses 2 holes further apart.

Regarding 34 Master frame vs. 35 Standard frame, they are not the same. 34 Masters have a 5 inch longer wheelbase and also have knee action which would mean no spring shackle mounts in the front of the frame.

I presume this applies to Australian cars as well as US and Canadian ones.

For what it's worth, owning a 34 Master and a 35 Standard, I can tell you that the bars and the brackets are like chalk and cheese, although at 1st glance they look the same.
