I've removed the fuel pickup tube from my 34 Master fuel tank after successfully sealing the tank with alcohol resistant sealer (that did a great job of sealing the fuel pickup as well). Does anyone have a good method of resoldering the pickup fitting while maintaining the proper location for the end of the pickup tube? What type of solder should I use? Any help would be appreciated.

I'd use 50/50 lead solder. I find that the lead-free stuff doesn't work very well.
