I think they would rub and cause friction leading to failure. I think the proper tire size was 6.00X20. The tires can not touch on the dual wheels.

900 x 20 tyre is way to wide to fit on a 700 x 20 rim, it will pull the rim apart and the wheel studs wont be long enough to put the 2 rims on. I am not sure about the 35 but a friend had a 53 that had 700 x 20 as original which at 1 stage were hard to get so he tried 720 x 20 to find that when loaded they would rub with out a spacer which puts extra loading on the wheel studs. On this basis I would not recommend your suggestion especially if you intend to put any load on the truck. If you need to go wider get the "dish" of the rear rims only deepend to allow extra tyre clearance as the a deeper dish will upset the front wheel geometry. Tony

Don't even think about putting those big tires on your truck. The combined width of the two beads is probably wider than your rim. They would look so BAD, if you got them on, that you would be sorry you wasted your $ and time to buy and mount them. 7.00 X 20 tires are actually too large for your truck. My '36 low cab 1.5 ton has them and the left front rubs the drag link when the wheels are turned hard left. I am changing to 6.50s on the front. Mike

Your 32 X 6 is the approximate equivalent to a 6.50 X 20. The truck probably came new with 6.00 or 6.50 X 20s. 7.00s look OK on the rear of my '36 but looked too big on the front and rubbed the steering link, as I said in my earlier post.
