Can anyone advise me on the correct spacer height needed to mount the front fenders of a 1930 Coach so that they are sit at the correct height with the hood so the latches will reach.

The front fenders on my 1930 Sport Coupe are bolted directly to the frame rails without any spacers. The front fenders also have to line up with the running boards, the running board splash aprons and the radiator splash apron. The running board splash aprons on my car are also bolted directly to the frame rails without any spacers.

The only other thing would be the latches and catches themselves. Are they correct and properly mounted? This is also assuming the hood is correct.

Do you know the proper measurements for a 1930 Coach hood?

The hood does not come all the way down to the fenders on my '31 Coach, in fact it stops about 3/4" short of top of fender/frame. Assuming you have correct rad shell and no alterations have been made to cowl, and with proper wind-lacing, all should go very straight forward. Many different hood latches/hooks were used, and yours may not be correct.
