Hi, I'm the guy with the 29 Sport Coupe. After looking at painting charts, I decided that I liked color combinations 20 and 21, as oppossed to the correct Sport Coupe combinations, 13,19 and 23. While this is not correct I guess it is doable. Any opinions and digital pictures of 29 Sport Coupes would be appreciated before I make the final choice. Thanks, Tu Papa.

I am in the same position with a 32. I want to domgrey (that was correct for the 5 window coupe, but not correct for the sport coupe. I am struggling with this decision. Otheres have told me --"its my car--have it my way".

That is right. Ask your self what you want out of the car. My car is as exact as possible and when it came to color I did not like the choices so I made the change and painted it cream with black fenders. Everyone loves how it looks and I enjoy the comments I get. Then again I never plan on selling it.

The original colour of our '32 Landau Phaeton was United States Postal Service Customs Declaration tag "green" from the factory... (I have tried to describe the original colour in many other ways but nothing has come close enough yet!)

...needless to say, there is little to with the colour green as restored (that was the owners choice).

Consider though, if the car had been restored as original, it would have been truly be "original" today for I have yet to see another '32 with the same colour as applied in on this Landau Phaeton from the factory (other than this sales brouchre from a dealership).

The choice is ultimately yours, make an informed one.
