Must have been before the days of hot air defrosters. I've seen the time an inside wiper would have helped. laugh

Look at the glass in the door. It's cut on a steep angle. It must have a top of some kind.

I think this vehicle was custom modified for someone who liked to make steamy love at the drive in movie.

That is a B Model Mack truck with the cab cut away to make an open fire truck. B Model is the classic Mack from the early 50s through early 60s. A great looking truck.
