Is anyone reproducing the metal top trim for the roof on a 32 four door sedan. Or does anyone have any leads on where I might find it. Are there other options I have not thought of yet?

Thanks

Steve

Is the top trim the same for a 32 as a 31? If so I can dig up a phone number for the place that I bought the trim for my 31.

I don't think that anyone is making the correct roof crown moulding at present. However, you might want to contact Bob's Automobilia in California since they make the earlier roof crown moulding.

Hampton Coach also has it with the vinyl material. I don't know if it is the correct type crown moulding or the material is correct.

Vinyl material is not correct for the roof crown moulding. The original roof crown moulding was metal with a "half round" configuration when viewed as a cross-section.

The roof moulding from Bob's Automobilia was the closest I could find for my 32 Sedan-While it is not the "correct " moulding it does look and work well.

Let me re-phrase my post; HC does have the metal crown moulding and also the material used for the top. They sell it as a kit, nails included.

I bought mine from Bobs and it was identcal to what I took off of my 31 coupe. I took a peice of the old molding with me to compare the profile. Price was at the time $2.95 per foot.
