What is the best way to clean out the radiator? Once everything is cleaned out do we run 50/50 antifreeze or distilled water? The owners manual warns against antifreeze. What is the cooling system filling procedure? Thanks

Ya, I read that, hence the "another" in my question's subject. Didn't think high pressure water or poking around with wire was too good an idea in what I believe is aluminum.

The warning in the '29 owners manual is because of lack of inhibitors in early antifreeze.
Back flushing is all that is practical for a non-professional. Radiator shops can do more but that takes removal of the tanks. The original honey comb type radiators can be rodded if care is taken. Radiator shops also have cleanout vats. Once the radiator is reinstalled owners can use chemical cleaners in a safe manner.
