I apologize that this is a bit off topic. However windmills were related to the some of the first cars. My father-in-law and retired GM employee restores antique windmills and in his many journeys across the USA, has uncovered several "barn finds" of which I have restored two, A 1926 and a 1928 Capital. He is now traveling to New Zealand in a couple weeks, and is asking if any NZ VCCA members know of any events related to windmills. Of course he will keep his eye out for similar barn finds and old Chevy's!

You must be confusing New Zealand (gods own) with Zeeland the dutch provence where windmills no doubt abound. The only windmills you see down here are modern monstrosities that generate power for the masses. As for barn find Chevrolets I think I got the last one.

BOPNZ,
Thanks for the reply. He's going to be very disappointed! Not only about the windmills, but you cleaned out all the barns!

chevnovice,
I will relay the information. You never know...he might change his itinerary and come to Australia. He would love to see everything you mentioned.
Best,
Paul
