I remove the top end of my steering collum to replace the upper bearing and turn signal and I have a question as to where the three small springs are place, the three screws are shouldered so doubt the go between the base of the turn signal and the screw as the screws will not seat deep enough, also would anyone have those three small springs as dumb ne shorten them,Thanks Denny

Well it looks as we have no Camaro restoration experts or builders so either in to turn key cars or model cars
Thanks to the 32 of you that looked at the question but had no idea

Denny
I read your post to start with but the springs confused me. I have Camaros also & don't remember any springs. I'm sure the shoulded bolts hold the t/s switch. The only spring I can think of is for the horn contact brush but there's only one

Joe, the springs are coil springs less than a 1/4" in diameter and believe they put pressure on the collar below the steering wheel.the long screws act a a centering point but the screw are shouldered and fit into the turn signal perfect with the springs so they must go below the mounting plate for the TS?Thanks for trying Denny
