Hi all!
I remember bringing this topic up before, but can't find it on any forum search I perform, so I'm going to post again. Please bear with me.
I have a grounding problem (technically a negative problem). I have a grounding strap from the negative terminal to the frame that is AWG size #1. I've got a 2/0 wire that I plan on replacing the grounding strap with.
When I first posted about this, someone mentioned that the frame is not the proper place to ground. I remember someone mentioning that the transmission housing has a bolt that the ground should connect to. I've looked in my manual and couldn't find anywhere that said where the negative wire should be grounded.
Where is the proper place to wire the negative terminal of the battery? If it is on the transmission, where is that bolt?

It's a cap screw on the side of the transmission. About 3/8 dia. I would guess without checking. Near the rear of transmission.
