The magazines are usually mailed around the 25th of the month. Most people receive them during the last two days of the month, or the first couple of days of the next month.
On your mailing label will be some information. You can use that to create your members account in the members area.

After you get in to the members area, you'll be able to see the classified ads that are in the Magazine, or see the 800+ old articles that are in the database, or search the Technical FAQ database. There's also more info stored there for members to use - regarding judging, etc.
By my estimate, you should get your issue later next week.
