My turn signals quit blinking yesterday,I assume its the flasher/relay,my question though is where is the flasher/relay located?

If you are referring to the turn signal flasher it should be in a spring clip just under the dash near the light switch. It should be plugged into a bakelite socket with 3 wires on it
also if the turn signals fail to flash it could be a burned out bulb in the front or rear.

Thanks Mr. Mack,I see it now,I have a flasher so I will try it,if that doesn't do it I'll check the bulbs.

I know this is late, but one of my rear turn signals didn't work. I was fussing and trying to eliminate the problem areas with the wiring. Finally, I went to take out the bulb socket, and found that the bottom of the light post had some crud on it. I cleaned it up and the light worked after that. Not sure if this will help, but it is something to look at.
