What is the difference between a 1949-50 (3687631) front hub and a 1951-54 (3694757) front hub it looks like they take the same bearings? Thanks

The 1950 has the old Huck brakes and the 1951 the Bendix brakes which makes the brake drums different.

Would either one work as long as you use the right brake drum.

Not unless you change the spindle, backing plate and brakes.
