OP 1929_Chevy Shade Tree Mechanic Joined: Jan 2009 Posts: 82 Minnesota	How would one check to make sure the mechanical advance is working correctly??

The best way is to test the distributor on a Sun distributor machine. The Mangy Old Mutt "If It's Not Junk.....It's Not Treasure!"
