Steele Rubber (Denton, NC) worked perfectly for me on my 41 coupe. Their glue (extra) was excellent as well as the blueprint and instructions. Other sources may serve your needs, also. They specialize in GM rubber products.
Good luck.

The '49 Chev front doors leaked bad. GM thought they fixed that leak in the early '50s. There were maybe 3 variations of the front door rubber especially the middle piece next to the front door front post. Back in the early '90s my friend and I worked to restore his '50 2 door hardtop and we used Lynn Steele's rubber throughout the restoration with no leaks.....

FYI if you haven't already taken pictures or marketed where the seams go do so. Also I used the Chevy clubs door and trunk seals. So far so good, not road ready yet.
Helpful hint is to have plenty of the 1" bull dog clips on hand from an office supply store to clamp the strip on after glueing it.
