Yesterday I was at a show n shine and came across a 1928 sedan, that had a hot water heater in it, I looked at the hook up's and noticed that the thermostat housing had a 1/2" pipe sticking out the side of it to connect the heater to, and an inlet pipe on the lower rad pipe.
My question is did Chevy produce these or is this a fabrication done by the owner???
I could not find the owner to ask him if he did this or was it OEM.

Keeping vintage Chevy alive.

Fabrication was probably done by the owner since the first Chevrolet hot water heater didn't appear until late 1931.
